"Excellent property manager"
Our best property manager ever experienced. Vivian is extremely reliable, patient and responsible. She always promptly reply to any of our quesions and communicate with us very frequently. She also acts in our best interest of any mantenance requested. The market research she did for us is very helpful for our decision whether to sell or not.

"Hassle-free Investment"
I have a property leased through Vivian in less than 2 weeks and the whole process was hassle-free. Vivian is professional, friendly & prompt response to my queries. The tenant that Vivian secured was great and everything is online so I can check the account statements and latest update of the property in a few clicks! I highly recommend Vivian if you wanted a hassle-free investment.

"Very responsible and trustworthy"
Vivian has been managing our property for 2 years now. It was our first time to rent out our apartment and Vivian gave us excellent recommendations and advice - it was very helpful as we had no idea where to start. She identified a good tenant who keeps our place clean and there has been no trouble at all. We are also very impressed with the property inspection Vivian performs - she is thorough and shares many photos of our property.
