She is a professional agent who really cares! I want to give a huge shoutout to Yan and Matt from Hayeswinckle Highton. They certainly took care of selling our home in Highton and we were glad it was successful. Even though we hit some bumps from the first offer we finally sorted everything out and successfully sold our house before Christmas. Yan's professionalism and knowledge of the industry are very second to none. She offered personalised advice and took care of the process from the very beginning and treated as if it was her own. She took the time (even late nights) to answer my questions and worked around the clock for the preparation of every open inspection. We are grateful that you are our agent and we will not hesitate to recommend you to all of my friends.
