We are so grateful and fortunate to have Yili Ma as our selling agent. She has got vast knowledge of the industry and market trend, and has guided us in making the right decisions at each step when things did not go according to the plans, such as during this pandemic period. She has helped organise the renovation and prepared the house well for the market in a timely manner. She also worked hard, promoted the house well and achieved an amazing result. As a happy customer, I do not hesitate to recommend Yili Ma and her colleagues to anybody for their excellent and professional service.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience dealing with Yili Ma, who has been very prompt and professional in all her communications. Above all, I enjoyed her style of being very friendly and understanding. Overall I am quite happy with the services received.
Yili has a wealth of experience in real estate trading and quick work efficiency. It's absolutely right to find her for selling and buying a house. Trustworthy intermediary!
Honest, Reliable and Detailed
We have been dealing with Yili for some time with the purchase of the property and also for the sale of the property. We have achieved exceptional results for both the properties in depressed markets which shows the negotiation skills and the approach of keeping the buyer and vendor in mind Highly recommended
Yili is a very warm, engaging person and worked well with her Belle Property director, Steve Burke in their endeavors to sell our property. Yili was very polite and listened to us respectfully. Along with Steve, their suggestions for the family in preparing the home for sale were quite more extensive than we had envisioned but proved to be the right thing to do, even though at times we wondered if it would just be bought and bulldozed for development at a minimum price. Yili was very skilful and astute in the way she worked with Steve, and due to her cultural background and language was able to provide an important and respected liaison with potential Chinese/Asian buyers, one of whom was successful in a private bid to purchase our house. We felt that she was honest and trustworthy in the way she carried herself which in turn gave us much reassurance. We are very grateful for all Yili has done to gain the sale of our house, which sold well in excess of our reserve price.
We have worked with Yili twice now to sell properties. We find her to be really helpful to work with. She provided us with advice with styling and decorating. We liked her friendly helpful personality. We would happily recommend Yili as a great real estate agent. Thanks Yili
