"Worst renting experience"

Rented a property for over 2 years... When tenants left we signed a new lease, but they had kept the entry report from 4 years ago, omitting any accountability for damages before we were actually tenants and deliberatley made no update to the entry report. I can accept that as an oversight on my part and pay charges from the bond, however they had charged us twice (two different amounts for the same water invoice) and still claimed that from the bond. When I sent them evidence of this, I never heard back. I hope no one has the same experience as me. I am very upset and can clearly see that they were taking advantage of young renters who are looking to only rent one room in the property. Not to mention the mould and termite damage that was a safety risk.
