Zara is very professional and handles / juggles all matters pertaining to properties, she is resourceful in finding quality trades when required, assisting with rent reviews and handling all the many issues for landlords and tenants. Ive been with Zara for a number of years and even with the difficulties over the last couple of years Zara has always kept me abreast of all situations and she has been able to secure good quality tenants for my overall portfolio. I would highly recommend Zara to any prospective landlord its the best decision I have made.
