"So close to everything"
Love that you have everything so close (walking distance), for example you have the IGA, Bakery, Butcher, 24/7 Gym, Hospital, Takeaway, Easy access to buses and many schools. The street itself is a destination street so you only get local traffic and there is always neighbors having a chat out the front of their homes.
Alberg Avenue is perfect for young families as it is quiet and it already has young families and retirees scattered through out the street.
