How does a new school affect house prices on that street?
Albert Park, VIC 3206 is located within the Port Phillip local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi guys,
There is a new school being built that is almost finished completion in Albert Park on Danks Street. When walking past, I was wondering about house prices directly in the street. Will they go down or go up?
I personally would not want to live in that street as around school times, the traffic would get horrendous. Also, I don't really want school kids hanging around my street. I would assume however it would be good for house prices 'in general' in Albert Park, but not sure about the actual street itself. Does anyone know what impact it will have on house prices?
