Looking for a rental property! Can you help?
Albert Park, VIC 3206 is located within the Port Phillip local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are spending three out of four weekends up at our property in central Victoria and are now looking to downsize our current rental arrangements ($420 pw).
We have rented in Albert Park for over 12 years and can provide excellent references. We are a professional couple (non-smokers) in our mid 40’s and wish to continue renting in the Albert Park, Middle Park, South Melbourne or Port Melbourne area.
We have a dog who sleeps during the day, provides a good security deterrent and is better behaved than most children we know. And of course we won't be around for most weekends!!!
We are eager to discuss any options you feel would be suitable - a one bedroom unit/apartment, shared accommodation or garage/loft situation.
