If you have questions about the crime rate of an area you can look on the Crimes Map and put the Suburb in the Location. https://qps-ocm.s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/index.html
You can drill down on it to find out what type of crimes were there and how long ago. It could be tenants that have already moved on etc.
