Guys i am looking to buy my first home - there are few house and land packages available at 88 Learoyd Road, Algester. Do you think its a good area?

With the way things are going, you are on the fringe of Algester as the suburb pushes outward. There is a lot of new developments along there that are on the edge of residential and commercial so the extra traffic may be a concern if you are home during the days. They are nice little pockets and the location is still great to have access in all directions. Good luck.
