When do they plan on having most of the "goodies" built in alkimos?
Alkimos, WA 6038 is located within the Wanneroo local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.

Used to drive to Two Rocks regularly, but I haven't been up that way for a while to see what is going on lately. Just checked on the net and it seems that the Alkimos Bch blocks have only just been released. From what I read that is the development by Lend Lease that will have a retail precinct. II imagine they would not be developing the major centres until all the land sales are out of the way. I realise there are other Alkimos 'estates'. I imagine Joondalup will still be considered the major shopping area for a while yet.

Construction has just started on the main shopping precinct with Big W etc... quite a lot of housing up there already and it would service Yanchep/Two Rocks as well.
