Is flood zone around civic parade and mcintyre drive an issue ?

Altona, VIC 3018 is located within the Hobsons Bay local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

I am planning to move to Altona and to buy a house on McIntyre Drive beside the Cherry Creek. I am worried about the flooding zone which is marked along side oof Mcintyre and Civic. Is that a real concern?
