Is Altona Meadows a good suburb to buy right now?

Altona Meadows, VIC 3028 is located within the Hobsons Bay local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

They are going to build a new Australian first wetlands centre and aquatic centre which will increase tourism in the suburb and i already have seen an increase in house prices over the past few months. Will there be a drastic change in the suburb?
