As with any suburb the prices vary depending on location, quality of the home and number of bedroom/bathrooms etc.
It is difficult to give an exact range on the properties in Altona Meadows as it is such a large suburb in comparison to others in the reigon.
Generall you will find properties are selling between $390,000 - $450,000, however there have been reported sales in the last 12 months of up to $650,000 and even one of $800,000!
