I'm not from Altona Meadows, but Point Cook has a lot of sporting clubs, and i'm sure there would be a footy or soccer club near by in Altona meadows or Altona.
From a quick google search:
Altona has - netball, Badminton, golf, rugby leage, softball,
Altona Meadows - Baseball, basketball, football,
Laverton - Softball
point cook - soccer, football, netball, basketball, lacrosse, tennis, cricket
and there is probably more.
