Begonia Ave is a quiet street, NBN rolling out in Aug/Sept. No smell from refinery, it's too far away to bother this end on AN . Safety is excellent, low crime and lots of older residents keeping an eye on things. Thrre is a large new housing and retail develoment going up right now close to Begonia, then we have Altona Gate, The Circle shops, 16 Shops, Blackshaws Rd shops and a cinema and retail further along Millers. 5 minutes drive to the beach, 10 mins to the City in good traffic, what's not to love?
