"A safe neighborhood and close to everything- parks for the children, and only a short stroll to the beach!"
Chelsea Heights is a quiet suburb which includes parks, shops and beaches only minutes away!
It is a highly advocated area for couples with children through to the retirees.
It is a suburb which you would want your children to grow up in!
