Is this suburb safe to live in, how is market growth,are good schools, shopping centers, facilities for health and fitness.. I m thinking to buy property. Anyone living in or close to ambrie cr please inbox your thoughts...

Noble park has been an up and coming suburb. During the last few years, there has been a significant growth in value as well as developments. It is surrounded springvale, noble park and parkmore shopping centres. As well as many school and actives, I highly recommend looking into this suburb. As there are great pockets with long term residence.
