The De La Vergne Steakhouse has not existed for quite a while. Serevan is the most upscale restaurant in Town.

Well, I wouldn't say many, but a few. One in particular is a must-visit and that is Serevan Restaurant which is renowned for its luscious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare. In 2008, it received the vote for Best Restaurant in the Hudson Valley and Best Chef. Charlotte's is a lovely restaurant (and catering facility) situated in a beautifully appointed home that boasts an award-winning food menu and an award-winning wine list. De La Vergne Steakhouse isn't exactly haute cuisine, but it does have a touch of elegance.
