"Watch the inheritance dissapear"
Check with the local council about the erosion of Amity Point and the disappearance of 4 kilometers of shoreline and its still going on. Beware of investing here, I nearly did until I spoke with the Redlands Council. Rocks placed along the outlet to the bay does not stop the erosion, in fact it undermines the sand making erosion worse.
