"Great Place to live"
bit busy during the week but a lovely quiet place to live in the weekends. 200yards from north melbourne station, 3 blocks from errol street and the tram. great local places to eat. 9 great pubs within a 5 minute walk make that 16 pubs you are willing to walk 10 minutes. Plenty of parks for recreation and kids to play.
