Angle Vale, SA 5117

I lived in this area my whole life and I must say it was a great place to grow up in. I am just not a fan of it now with all these newer areas which is fine but the lack of upgrades is almost nothing. the shopping center is trash for all the people living there and most roads have cracks and aren't maintained with barely any footpaths to access nearby areas. The areas nearby aren't better but have better shops. the problem though is that you drive out the area to the next in like 10 minutes and still have terrible shops. overall the area has nice people but is a terrible place with the layout lack of public transport and shopping. you have to drive to munno para or Elizabeth to have decent shops.

It’s only 30mins to the city thanks to sitting directly on the northern expressway, you will only see 1 or 2 sets of traffics lights all the way to Port Rd. The local town centre with tavern and medical centre make for an easy to live in town. It’s not a hard place to get back to the bigger places like Elizabeth or Gawler either. Public transport is still lacking, with no bus service on weekends. I’m hoping this change in future with the growth of the area happening quickly now.

The only thing that I like about angle vale is the blocks are a good size. There are too many negatives, surrounding suburbs are davoren park, elizabeth, munnoparra, smithfield need i say more. No major shopping centers close by at all apart from Elizabeth and munnoparra. Too far away from the city. Unfortunately many people have built or purchased properties in this area and over capitalised.

Great place to live been in angle vale 10 years large homes on 1/2 acre blocks room for sheds swimming pools room for kids to play this area is still booming and area still growing and great vaule for money only 45 minutes to the gpo.
