Obviouly there are much better beach side suburbs. However if your on a tight budget, this is an option.

How can people on here rate the port anything but a struggling low social e onomic suburb. High crime, they tried to improve the area by spending money on the port redevelopment scheme and dodnt have much luck. No way would any normal family live here unless they had limited funds, at best long term investment.

If I was going to buy along the beach suburbs this would be it. Great location with everything there, parks sandy beach, clean, and a truly upmarket area. You cant go wrong.

I lived in klemzig for years, really nice area, close to everything. I still have a property there, a really good investment.

The only thing that I like about angle vale is the blocks are a good size. There are too many negatives, surrounding suburbs are davoren park, elizabeth, munnoparra, smithfield need i say more. No major shopping centers close by at all apart from Elizabeth and munnoparra. Too far away from the city. Unfortunately many people have built or purchased properties in this area and over capitalised.

I absolutely love this place, we moved out of the adelaide suburbs ( klemzig) and now live in woodside. Such a wonderful place, out of the bustle of Adelaide into a nice relaxing hills luxury suburb as far as im concerned. Everything is close, close to mount barker, stirling, hahndorf and a nice drive into the city when im forced to go lol. Good for families and those with traditional values, great community spirit. Very happy .
