"Quiet, friendly neighbourhood"

All of our neighbours are warm and friendly. A nice and quiet area of town. Nice and flat, so no hills to climb. Wide streets, with lots of parking. Everything is close by to walk to.

"Close to all the shopping centres in town"

Anna street is filled with a lot of older homes , in the middle is coles shopping centre and police station, and main street goes through. It even has a church or two.
