"Quiet, well sort after, very very hard to buy in to street because always held onto"
close to schools, shops, quiet and friendly but most people keep to themselves which can be a plus.

Any double block property is well sort after and impossible to find !! especially so so close to water, shops, schools --- well worth considering buying into street.
