"good investment potential"
Once a low class/income area with a percentage of working men's cottages, the more decrepit homes are being demolished and replaced by newer homes, or upgraded. Council will also be upgrading this street as it becomes an integral part of the TOD plans for the area.
Great for
- Quiet, upgrading rapidly, 10 mins from city, 10-15 mins from beaches, walking distance to shopping centres, buses, trains, not too expensive
Not great for
- Some industry nearby, although some in process of relocating elsewhere
