"very friendly neighbours in an established area"
Being a horseshoe shaped road, only the people who live their drive down the street and their visitors. There are lots of gum trees which make it a very leafy lined street. Armytage is close to to the Hyperdome, both public and religious schools and preschools. There are many places you can go for bushwalking like Urambi Hills and also near the gold course. There are a lot of families with multiple children, but also older couples as well. a good mix for anyone wanting to move into the area.
