"Little through traffic"
Arnold Street is one street back from Princes Park. This provides the proximity without having to deal with the through traffic and activities that the park generates.
There is little through traffic relative to other streets in the immediate vicinity. This is because the street is divided by Princes Hill Secondary school in front of which is one-way. Houses on this street are predominantly single fronted Victorian terraces. You will find that many have had renovations done to extend upward.
