There's the Reserve, Thompson Park, Artarmon park, Cleland Park, Kid's cottage park (only accessible at certain times), Marlow St Reserve, Robert St park and Whickham Park. In all the time I have lived in Artarmon, I don't think there are any "gardens". There is a strip of grass right next to the station with flowers, but I wouldn't call it a garden. :)
