Hospital, Light Rail and its impact on Labrador
What do local voices think the new Hospital and Light Rail system will do for Labrador? We are considering selling but are very aware the housing market across QLD, in fact most areas of this beautiful country, is in decline or at least stalled. Do local voices think 2013 will see a rise in Labrador property values caused by the Hospital and transport system OR will this have a negative impact on our sleepy suburb?

Likely a Rapid Bus Network (like Brisbane - Tramlike Bus without Rails so Route can change with Population/Development growth).
Route 715: Pimpama - Southport.
