Where are the nicest streets to rent a house near the river in Ascot?

Anywhere very close to the river will be quite expensive to rent, but areas like Tibradden Estate closer to Garvey Park are fairly regular houses and will have a range of prices. Walking to the river is possible and the presence of the birdlife is obvious from the early morning and evening sounds. If you go to the Ascot Waters side - other side of the Racecourse it will be a bit more expensive as well - but again good walking areas accessible from a few streets back.
