There is now an after hours GP on Belvidere Street Belmont (3 minutes drive from Ascot) but still not 24 hour.

There are no 24 medical centres in the local area, or in all of Perth. Even Swan Districts Hosp (15 mins away) is only till 10pm I think, unless it is an actual emergency. And even then Royal Perth is just about the same distance.
