"State Development Suburb with Ambition for More"

Lockridge was originally developed as a State Housing area. Since then the state has treated it with disrespect. They have continually tried to use it as a dumping ground for all of the state's social problems but the community have continued to fight the development of jails and other secure facilities in their area.

Kwinana Beach

"Very Industrial Not the Place to Live if you have a Choice"

Kwinana Beach has had the misfortune of being over developed in an industrial sense. Heavy industry has taken over the area making it a highly undesirable area in which to live.

"Hidden Gem in the South"

Situated high in the hills Bedfordale is a beautiful and tranquil suburb located on the south-eastern fringe of Perth in the Darling Range and is a hidden gem well worth discovering.
