What is the price of housing in Mullaloo?

Six years we bought a brand new house, 4x2x2 for under $700K. Just 7 minutes walk to the beach. Today it's worth $850K.

Anywhere from 500k to 2m, depending on usual factors. 800k should get you something reasonable, maybe 25 years old, 500metres to the water. We are about to sell a 500sqm block of land 800metres to water (5minute walk to the dome cafe) for approx 560k. Hope this helps!
