Reviews of Ash Court, Happy Valley
"A park close by and a school a stone's throw away"
Ash Court is a quiet and very livable street. Well established houses and trees in a quiet little cul-de-sac you couldn't ask for much more.
One Side of Ash Court backs onto a reserve with plenty of space to kick a ball, play some cricket or fly a kite. There is a creek running through the reserve that flows gently in the winter and is dry in summer. The creek is a great place for kids to play.
Just beyond the reserve is Reynella East Primary and High School. I attended both schools and they are good qaulity public schools.
Ash court, doesn't have public transport running along it, but is close to two major bus routes that service the local areas. These routes include buses that run to the city, Marion and Colenades so access to shops is easy.
There are shops within walking distance and more within a short drive. It isn't far to Colenades and Marion.
Ash Court itself is a short road with few cars, no through traffic and good neighbours. It is the perfect street for children that can't be confined to a backyard, the street is safe to play on and there is the reserve a short one minute walk away.
