Nurten Parade is the way to go. nothing beats the bright atmosphere and nurturing community. The sun is out, the birds sing, the cafe will be around the corner. its perfect for the whole family. Not to mention the rage cage which can get your kids outside the house instead of playing those video games >:)

Tough question, especially for a resident and estate agent working in the area. But I'll answer as tactfully as possible. Many people in the area know Batten Place as 'Millionaires row' due to the shear size of the properties and the homes which have been built there. The blocks are typically 1000m2 in size and can't be sub-divided. The best price achieved is still held in Batten Place at over a million dollars.
