Some of the neighborhoods that surround High Point are: Joyland, Capitol View Manor, Carver Homes, South Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and Peoplestown. This area of Atlanta has gone through it's ups and downs and is in some-what of a redevelopment phase. If you are an investor, you might want to consider this neighborhood as an option to purchase an investment home in.
