Can we subdivide 600sqm land in Brisbane?

Generally speaking no. Usually the minimum size is 400m2 with a frontage of 10m. For a Battleaxe block at the back minimum is 600m2. Of course everything is subject to council approval and if there is precedent or in a highly developed are there may be an exception.
