Ayers Avenue, Daw Park, SA 5041

Ayers Avenue is a lovely tree lined Street, with friendly neighbours, that tend to look out for one & others well being. My children & i have lived here for six months now. We moved here after selling our home @ Happy Valley. We do love the area here & my children attend the near by child care centre, & school.
I however seem to be paying the most rent on the Street/ Avenue @ a $620 per wk, it is a nice home, but it is takes alot of work to maintain . I also @ the time, of signing my lease was under the impression that the home had sufficient heating & cooling. Not so, my children and i have been absolutley freezing this winter! The heater, at the very rear of the home, seems to be a Kilometer away! I am hoping that someone will agree with me, in that mayb, this rent is a little over priced & am very keen to hear your say!
