Baaner Court is located at the rear of Victor Harbor, yet you can still easily walk to the shops and High School. The private K-12 school, Investigator College is only a few minutes drive away. Lots of beautiful big gum trees, 1950/60's built homes, land sizes generally around the 700sqm. A great area for those seeking a quieter area and the house prices tend to fall in the lower price brackets for Victor Harbor (simply because a lot of the properties are reaching the stage where they are due for a renovation).
