"Serendipitious!"
Before we found "the one", we attended quite a few open homes led by Carly and she was always friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs as buyers - even while working for the seller. It was serendipitious that Carly ended up being the real estate agent for the home we fell in love with. Carly and her team have been incredibly helpful guiding us along the journey as First Home Buyers, working happily with our mortgage broker, organising any required access to the property during the settlement period, and always being available to talk. I HIGHLY recommend Carly - she has been a joy to work with! She is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator!

Carly was brilliant to work with. She is friendly, professional and not overly pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the property were were buying but allowed us the time we needed to research it and make a decision. She was very helpful with the whole process of buying our property which was new to us. I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone buying or selling a property.

"Genuine nature"
Carly was amazing! I feel like she advocated for me as the buyer, with the vendor. She knew how much I loved the property and utilised this and her knowledge of the vendor to work for us both. Her communication was timely and really helped me in the process. I felt her genuine nature and interactions made me feel really trusting of her authenticity and intentions to help both myself and the vendor and achieve a positive outcome that left us both feeling looked after and really happy!
