Is it good area to build a new house?
bought a piece of land of 490 m2 in Deepwater Estate (New Estate around 75 new houses) at cnr. kluver st and Wyampa road,, can someone please give me some suggestions regarding build a new house?

No I just terminated the contract last week and I got my some deposit back, I talked to some random people who lives there and they said this area is bit noisy because of 2 highways also get flooded while heavy rain; developers taking so long for settlement, I signed the contract over one and half year ago but the land still not ready for settlement. Now I am thinking to buy a brand new house because I already wasted my lot of time on them.
