Beach / Cafe - Rockingham.
Adventure World is about a 30min drive
City is about 45min drive (traffic pending)
Hospitals / schools / train / bus / parks / medium size shopping center/ a couple of restaurants all easy access.
Good sized, well priced relatively young homes available to buy or rent, some with swimming pools. Family friendly suburb but you do need a car.
Hi Rachel, Baldivis has a good number of shops in the area and a number of schools (which I cannot comment on as my kids are past that age), there is a large number of young families around and quite a few parks with very easy access: most you can walk to. It is not very far at all from the ocean (a short drive to Rockingham) and is close to the freeway for the city and train station for the same. Social life is what you make of it - get out and enjoy the sunshine in WA ! You really need someone with young kids to answer all your questions but I hope this helps a bit
