Baldivis is one of the top ten sales suburbs for a couple of reasons:
Firstly it is a very family friendly area with lots of parks and great schools. It is close to the freeway as well as the beach. There is a lot of infrastructure going on too at the moment. It is the number one choice for immigrants coming over from the UK.
Secondly the area is developing very quickly there are lots of land releases making "some parts" of Baldivis very affordable. Block sizes range from cottage lots to larger acreage blocks. The area has lots to offer!! hope this helps :)
