"A Great Place To Live"
Balfour Crescent, Highland Park is a quiet area with reserve running along 2 sides.
There are bus stops a short walk away on McLeod Street, plus there is easy access to the IGA, service station, chemist, tavern, restaurants and more. There are child care services nearby and the local primary school is William Duncan State School.
The M1 is just a couple of minutes drive away, giving you easy access to everything on the Gold Coast.
