How has traffic on Hepburn Ave affected Ballajura?

Hepburn Avenue being completed has significantly reduced rat running traffic through Ballajura from people trying to avoid the Alexander Drive/Beach Road gridlock at the peak times of the day. It has also reduced the travel time when you want to go to the beach at Hillarys Boat Harbor. Sadly it has also become a favorite hoon spot and the earth boundary they built up to reduce the sound to the houses that back on to the new road lets people look over your fence and see what you have... which meant petty crime increased as a result.

Made North Ballajura more accessible to the city, beach, swan valley, Hepburn has been a real boost to the area
