WHich is the best part of Ballajura to live in?

Illawarra Crescent strip would be my recommendation due to being a major bus route to the Perth CBD, Warwick, Mirrabooka and Morley. A close second is the Cassowary Drive run because of the major bus routes to Perth CBD and Mirrabooka, with a close walk to Bellefin Drv (South Ballajura) for the bus route to Warwick or Morley. Near most of the parks that have security lighting is also generally quite good, because then even if you have a small backyard your children will have a good place to play.

North Ballajura lived here for 30 years and would not live any where else
