Safe area in suburbs of Baltimore close to London Park National Cemetery

Hi,
We are a couple, no kids, planning to move to Baltimore, MD for work.
Work is located near London Park National Cemetery.
Looking for a studio/1-bedroom in safe area.
Ok if it`s 10-15 mins of drive off the city.
Priority is safety as working hours are going to be extended.
Any advice would be very helpful.
