The Charm City Circulator is a great way to get around downtown, the inner harbor, harbor east, travel on the charm'tastic mile and to federal hill. The Circulator goes from the harbor to Mt Vernon and Charles Village. Its a free service that is great for those who work & live in the downtown area.

The MTA consists of buses, subway, and light rail. The bus line works well for all of Baltimore. The subway only runs from the west side of town to downtown There is also a stop at John Hopkins hospital. The light rail is also limited to certain parts of Baltimore city and county. It travels through downtown. It also travels to the BWI airport and Penn (Amtrak) Station.
