"Downtown-West on The Charm'tastic Mile of Baltimore"

West Pratt Street in Downtown-West is a growing section on The Charm'tastic Mile. There is the Zenith Luxury apartment building. You are close to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium if you are an O's and Ravens fan. It's ideal for a single person who wants downtown cosmopolitan living. Easy access to hit I-95. There needs to be more shopping choices within a 3-4 block radius.

"The Charm'tastic Mile a "Brand Slam" for the City of Baltimore"

The City of Baltimore will be getting a "Brand Slam" for its image & profile with The Charm'tastic Mile. The Charm'tastic Mile or simply "The Mile" is the honorary 1.3 mile corridor that runs from MLK Jr. Blvd & Pratt Street (Downtown-West) to Harbor East. The Mile was inspired by The Magnificent Mile (Chicago) the iconic 13 blocks of Michigan Avenue that is one of the 10 most well-known streets in America. The Charm'tastic Mile is seeking to become one of the next "Great Avenues" in America. The Charm'tastic Mile is currently working to have 3 ceremonial street signs installed to promote the soon-to-be hip, stylish & popular 1.3 mile corridor.

"The Charm'tastic Mile Connects Downtown West, Inner Harbor & Harbor East"

The downtown-area is growing with more hi-rises and luxury rental properties. It's also getting a boost in profile & image with The Charm'tastic Mile of Baltimore. The Charm'tastic Mile of simply "The Mile" is the honorary name for the 1.3 mile corridor that runs from MLK Jr Blvd & Pratt (Downtown-West) to Harbor East. The dinning scene has a great selection of restaurants. The surrounding neighborhoods give you different cultural and scenic options. With a little bit more upscale shopping options downtown-Baltimore may become a metropolis that can rival other mid-major to larger cities in America.

The Charm'tastic Mile will have a new hi-rise for those who want a harbor view. 414 Light Street next to the Harbor Court Hotel will be the new chic address on "The Mile".
